HONG WING COFFEE SOAP

Of course one of the best friendships of all time.
There's sooo much I want to say about this soap but I promise I will make it short and bearable.
It's NOT a fragranced soap, it's a functional, to NEUTRALIZE ODOURS, as coffee is well known for. Really really strongly steeped coffee (not potable), along with the ground beans and a nice helping of the great antioxidant ROASTED COFFEE OIL pressed from the Arabica beans (that pressing I didn't do myself, no credit here) all thrown into the soap pot. The scrubbiness of the grounds are just coffee heaven!
And since I'm a born and bred Trini, I used the local coffee that my island was raised upon HONG WING coffee. Hong Wing and Sons Company of Trinidad was founded in 1921 on the streets of Port of Spain. I am PROUD to use local ingredients, not just of Canada but of where I was born and raised.
A Purist soap.
 
Contains NO Coconut or Nut Oils.
 
As always, our own personal recipe of Sustainable Palm Oil, Shea butter, Kokum butter, EVOO, Rice Bran Oil and Castor Oil, gives our soap bars a creamy lather and leaves skin highly conditioned! Our soaps are Luxurious and Conditioning gently cleanses skin whilst leaving a layer of moisture behind so skin isn’t squeaky. Our soaps offer Creamy lather with a low amount of bubbles due to the kind of oils used in their making. Not only are our soaps just beautiful and gentle, but each one contains a nice helping of luxury butters (Shea, Kokum and/or Cocoa), because luxury is not a bonus, it's an essential!
 
REDUCED SOAP SCUM
Our soaps is also made using Citric Acid which produces a compound in the soap that reduces soap scum in your shower or tub! So less cleaning for you *wink*.
 
All our soaps are HANDMADE (meaning it's made from scratch with individual ingredients) and using our own developed recipe (not a recipe taken off the internet or book).
They DO NOT CONTAIN Coconut Oil, Nut Oil nor Detergents, rather they are TRUE SOAP formulated to produce a long lasting, creamy, soap bar that won't disappear in the shower after 2 blinks.
